“When I started working with Tom at Air2Body, I didn’t realize how much my breathing habits were holding me back. I used to breathe through my mouth all the time—day and night—and I had no idea what a difference switching to nasal breathing could make. Now? It’s like a fog has lifted. I’ve got this clarity I didn’t even know I was missing, and my energy levels are way up. I’m not dragging through the day anymore.
One of the biggest surprises for me has been how much this program has improved my chewing and digestion. I used to swallow so much air without even thinking about it, and it messed with my stomach—bloating, discomfort, you name it. Since working on my chewing with Tom’s guidance, that’s gotten so much better. I’m more aware of how big the pieces of food are when I put them in my mouth and how long I need to chew them.
